was in the kitchen from 6am - 7:30pm baking christmas cookies. surprisingly, i didn't scarf them down.  i was a good girl.

double protein coffee

2 scrambled eggs w/cheddar cheese & ham

1 slice rye toast

1/2 cup leftover grilled chicken dipped in mayo

1 lemon square cookie

1  flourless peanut butter cookie

double protein coffee

few bites of leftover baked potato

2 grilled italian sausages.  (took me a few hours to eat these)

1 hershey kiss

double protein coffee

vites:  all in

fluids:  probably hit 90+ oz
