DS Problem, need help
Have you tried to eliminate some food items to see if it might be the one of the usual suspects such as milk or gluten? Are you taking 1500 to 2000mg of calcium citrate that doesn't contain magnesium oxide? Are you taking 300mg of iron (carbonyl)?
Mine took at least a month of healing time to regulate but I also think I was sensitive to to my protein shake, Champion, at the time. It takes different lengths of time for different folks. What kinds of foods have you been eating that might be trouble?

I was in your shoes early out, and Lactose Intolerance was the culprit. I was LI going into surgery, and in our pre-op seminar with the surgeon, she specifically told the group that if you are LI going in, you will be more so post-op, and If you are not, you will be for a while post-op, but you will return to normal bowel habits in each case. For me, it was as simple as switching to whey protein isolate, instead of straight whey isolate protein, which she prescribed when I returned to the hosptial dehydrated 48 hours after release. With WPI, most of the lactose is processed out, and that makes it slightly more expensive, but it will put the diarrhea in check. I still use WPI now, at 4 years out. I can use straight whey, but I buy in 10 pound quantities so the price is the same. To me, straight whey has a slightly stronger taste than WPI, and doesn't seem to blend as well. I only have issues with certain foods now, which usually have hidden simple carbs and simple sugars.
I second trying to eliminate whey and dairy (at least regular milk) to see if you have any change. If it's uncontrollable, immodium may help. If you're still taking liquids, that may be a difference, too.
