Here's mine. Please add yours.

Stuff you need:
20oz blender bottle with wire ball
Brewed pot of your favorite coffee. Mine is chocolate raspberry.
The biggest coffee mug you own.

In the blender bottle w/wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of water. Add a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder, a packet of Truvia and a good dash of cinnamon. Secure the top of the blender bottle and shake for 5 seconds. To this protein slurry, either carefully pour your hot coffee in on top, secure and tilt a couple of times to blend, or pour your protein slurry into your huge mug, pour the coffee in on top of that and stir.  There you go, protein coffee. broken heart

Y'all have a great Saturday.

Sounds delicious, I would try it but I'm far too lazy to do all that. I just add instant coffee or even powdered expresso to the protein shake. One day though I will try your recipie. As far as favorites, my favorite's are from bettermd.net delicious but not the lowest carb stuff so I've switched but no favorites yet. I just bought ON double rich chocolate and while I don't savor the flavor I can stomach it. I just ordered some sample from Vitalady. Syntrex nectars. After trying the Syntrex and ON I switched back to isopure. The best for me....

Champion chocolate protein powder, mixed with water.

Liberal splash of cream

A few drops of peppermint extract.

Easy, and reminds me of a Girl Scout cookie

I'm afraid mine is pretty boring. I make a black decaf coffee and put some vanilla nectar in it stir and drink :) I wish I liked milk in it but i find it doesn't taste like coffee to me and cools it off to much.

Yay!!! My samples from Vitalady arrived today. I will try one for my last shake of the day... I got apple ecstasy, fuzzy navel, pink grapefruit, and vanilla bean torte. Anyone have experience with these flavors, which would you recommend?

I like the creamy ones but some of my friend love the pink grapefruit and fuzzy navel. They will mix the protein with other flavors or Crystal Lite.  How did it go?

I made the apple ecstasy. It was too foamy and had a bad taste. I just drank it anyway but I would never order it again. Which are the creamy ones? I will try the vanilla bean one today sometime.
