Shaking Shake Addiction

One thing I've noticed lately... The more I get into protein shakes and flavoring etc... I've noticed food kind of losing it's appeal. I mean why bother with a bunch of eating when I can drink a couple protein shakes and be done with it. I'm even sure with the right adjustments I can do a savory veggie protein shake to incorporate the other required nutrients besides protein. I'm not advocating this I'm just asking if anyone else feels they've become addicted to protein shakes.

Never felt addicted to protein shakes but did go through a phase of not being interested in food.  It passes.  There are lots of benefits that you get with eating actual food, so wouldn't recommend eliminating it altogether.

Protein shakes were a necessity - but I like food too much to dismiss it altogether.

Yes!  I don't feel addicted but I've never been a foodie and protein shakes and coffees work in my favor.

Like shakes and use at least one a day, always one first thing in am. At first food was not too attractive, but now it's tasteing and looking pretty darn good.

I would much rather drink 150 grams of protein shakes a day and get it over with and enjoy the other nutrients i get from FOOD the rest of the day!
