One thing that jumps out at me is that vitamin D is not listed.
It would also help if we had the reference range for your lab. Different labs use slightly different ranges.

Would want to see feritin, do you know if it was ordered? Did you also have Vitamin K level tested?
Otherwise it appears that as a DSer you need to increase your protein, calcium and fats.
Perhaps one extra good quality protein shake made with heavy whipping cream and powdered or dissolved calcium hydroyapatite would cover all of those bases?
The government says that "normal" adults should be getting over 1000mg of calcium per day. As you know,DSers mal-absorb calcium so must take very large doses of it - maybe 3 to 4 times as much -and take it in the most bio-available form in divided doses over the day - and/or even during the night.
Calcium citrate is better absorbed that calcium caltrate, Calcium hydroxyapatite is better absorbed than either citrate or caltrate.
Pay attention to the QUALITY of the protein you eat, as well as the quantity. For instance a beef steak has better quality protein than peanut butter.
Fat is the DSers friend. You need to eat lots of fat - including essential faty acids that your body can't manufacture on its own and so must be eaten. They are ESSENTIAL, and DSers mal-absorb them so we must eat lots of fat to make up for that. "Cholesteral" generally has a bad connotation and too much IS bad but some it is required for cellular structure in our bodies. So eat lots of fat.
That's the extent feedback from this corner. There are others here who are more knowledgeable and will offer assistance.
my last ferratin levels in october were:
iron 35 low.........................49-167 range
uibc 476 high.....................112-346 range
tibc 511 high.......................205-390 range
%iron sat 7 low...................16-50 range
folate (serum) 10................2-12 range
ferratin 4 low.......................6-200 range
vit b12 973...........................230-1050
since then i have had 2 iron infusions. dr. seemed pleased with iron levels and told me at the last appt. "i can't help you, your hemoglobin is in normal range." so i won't be seeing him anymore per him. he doesnt feel i need a hematologist for my issues.
my vitamin bloodwork will not be in until next thursday. i will post findings. i have calcium citrate and have upped that to 2400 per day with 1200 magnesium per day.
im trying very hard to up my protein, i purchased the whey protein isolate 27 gr. tryin for 3x day, and i will add fat.,like cheeses, cottage cheese are my staples also tuna with mayo. i am having some diaherra and cramping since last week and am taking Bentyl as needed for cramping, maybe from the added protein and increase of shakes. im a little lactose sensitive. o and dr. recommended trying gluten free for a while.i have to get over christmas...financially strapped like everyone else right now! can't wait to see how i do on vitalady products as soon as i can afford them, thanks for your input...happy friday :) im on fb michele mancini ladendorf, feel free to add me!
You can't NOT afford your vitamins. You must absolutely prioritize them over every thing else except protein. Without those two you will never have good health and will be doing PERMANENT damage to your body.
Sorry, but that is just how it is.
You don't have to buy everything from VitaLady. You can price shop a lot of the vites you need. But the DRY A, D, E and K are hard to find anywhere else so I buy those, along with my K1 and K2 from her.
If you need iron infusions why did the hematologist say he can't help you?

hi becky, thank you for your advice. first, the hematologist saw me in october and did the 2 iron infusions, after quite a lengthy discussion and looking at my labs last week, he felt my iron levels were in good range and no further assistance from him as a hematologist is needed. he steered me back to my ds surgeon for further labs and direction.he liked the numbers after the 2 infusions and instructed me to stay on my iron regieme.
yes i know and i do plan to order these vits asap. i will be interested to see how my labs turn out on thursday.
