Yay - weekend. My plan is to kick back and just get over this dumb cough/cold. I'm sure R&R will perform wonders.

Not a very good day here. I was already on an emotional snow ball, missing my son who passed away five years ago, then the shooting pushed me over the emotional cliff. I identified my triggers and talked with my support person (my husband) as to what needs to change to get the emotional eating under control. I will be prayer walking every morning, not forgetting my celexa and calling before I take the bite. That said here's what I had today.

S: 2 chocolate glazed donuts
D: chuck steak
S: Yogurt yummieness
Vites: All but bed time in, they seem to be upsetting my stomach today, but I've kept them all down.

The shooting really was hard many in the country, in general, but my heart goes out to you and others like you, who have lost their babies. Not supposed to happen that way. Sending great big hugs to you.
