Hi guys,

No idea what to expect today. Big training event at work for the rest of the week. Nervous much? Oh, yeah.

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - clementine
D - white chicken chili
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

EXERCITES:
training a crowd of 40...pacing while I talk

Hi there! Quick question: do you eat Fage 0 or 2%?

2% is what I eat because I can get it at the local grocery store and I like the texture. Not crazy about the 0% and the Total is too thick or something.

I love 0% but have been using 2% since my second stage and it seems rather thick but much more filling. Did you watch fat in your losing stage?

No, not really. I don't avoid fat though. "Fat is our friend", according to Dr Hess, one of the pioneers in performing the DS.

Love your exercites.  I hope your week gets easier as it goes on.

BTW I think I see a banana in my future.  I've been mighty hungry - it wouldn't be that bad, would it?

Check the carbs out in a banana and see if you think it's worth it.

I survived my presentation today. Had several folks say I did a good job but I'm exhausted. I think I see an early bedtime in my future. lol 

Very nice Bites today. I think I could go for that Chicken Kiev.

Hi Gina,
Hope you get through your week ok. I know you're doing a good job.
Wish I could come up with new ideas for lunch. I get SO hungry!!
Unbelievably busy today. I came home, ate and am already in bed.

D: steak, salad

Thanks, Gail. I came home, ate a bowl of chili and promptly fell asleep in the recliner. DH woke me up telling me to come to bed and I slept 6 more hours.

For your lunches. Do you have time to have tuna or chicken salad w/extra mayo?
