Hi Gina,.
1 dinner down and 2 to go. Last night was nice but not good for my food choices. I paid the price for the indiscretions !

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
S: trail mix
L: broccoli cheese soup wth extra cheese added
D: ham, mashed potatoes

V: one batch left
F: Ok
E: work then some Christmas shopping

Protein shakes (3) - 76

Steak and egg burrito innards - 30

Chicken nuggets (2) - 4

Wendy's single, plain, half bun (3/4) - 19

Total - 129

 

Not great, but I didn't get a lunch hour so I didn't think I did too bad...
