Hey all, just wanted to let you guys know I had my surgery last Monday, Dec 3rd! It has been a 5 year fight just to get to this point. It was with Dr. Rabkin in San Francisco, about 2 hours away from my home. I'm still not home yet. The surgery took 6 hours and I was in the hospital for 6 days, just got released yesterday and am in a neaby hotel for a little while. So far, I am not a diabetic anymore and am off one of my BP meds. :) Will talk more about it when I am less drugged lol
