4 eggs scramble with ham, cheese, onions, peppers
Carl Jr low carb burger
1/4 cup toasted hemp hearts
2 cheddar cheese sticks
2 McD's fish sandwiches with 1 pc of bun
egg drop soup - 5 eggs in home made chicken broth
Cheesecake with hempseed crust
chocolate pudding, SF made with cream and water.
vites: yes. Also found some calcium citrate chocolate candy and Calcium citrate wafers that taste like Tums.
Exercites: 10 minutes hooping
Your Bites sound delish! I've heard hooping is great exercise.

Here was my day:
Protein shakes - 50
4 strips bacon, 2 scrambled eggs - 25
chicken, dark meat (5oz.) - 35
Dreamfields mac and cheese - 20
Have hit a MAJOR stall, going on 3 weeks now, hoping it's not the anti-depressant. That would suck. Trying not to let it get to me but was really hoping to lose more before I went home next week for Christmas. *sigh *
Try adding another protein shake to make sure your body knows you're not trying to starve it to death. Hang in there.
