Sorry I missed yesterday. DH was on the PC in the evening and mentally what I ate yesterday was wiped by today's eating (ie I no longer remember).

Slow. I lost 0.75lb last week and then on Monday I lost another lb!! Go figure... I didn't weigh today as I'm still feeling good from Monday's weight. My BMI's 23.9 (my surgeon didn't insist I go back up to BMI 35 as I'm a 2 parter).
BTW tickerfactory is working for me. I emailed them about and if it's not working by Sunday weigh I'll just get rid of it and up SW, CW and GW in my siggy.
I'm starting to get pretty hungry. I usually get over 140g protein (it often goes up after I post). Maybe I should up the fat again. I'm probably getting >100g at the mo, but I was getting ~150g and I cut back a bit due to excess pooping (might not have been fat induced, but maybe I'll gradually increase again).
I still want a banana, but they seem to be doing in a roaring trade in green bananas at work - I'm not organized enough to think 'hmm... I may want a banana in 3 days' he he! ;)
BTW do my bites sound too piggy? I eat a fair bit - unless of course you sit me in restaurant with people that don't know and then they ask what's wrong with my food!!

I don't think your Bites are too piggy. Just stick with the protein to help you feel full. Also, I had to laugh when you mentioned sitting in a restaurant and not being able to eat. I just can't eat well with my family in a restaurant. So, I play with the grandbaby and nibble a little, feed her a little, play a little and get a box to take home the leftovers. The waiters see me entertaining the grandbaby and they're ok with getting me a box to go and mark it up to playing with the baby too much.

S: Getting ready to meet the girls for a sugar free mocha made with 1/2 & 1/2 at Starbucks
Carbs: 81
Protein: 163
Fluid: 70+ oz
Vites: All but bed time in
I know others don't count carbs, but I really have a problem with them and counting them keeps me in line. Reporting them here is the other thing that keeps me in line. 81 is higher than I like. I should have chosen a different snack other than chicken nuggets. I believe the others were complex. Thanks for always reading.
I think it's a good idea to count the carbs. Even in maintenance, it's a good idea to count them to make sure you aren't going overboard and to keep yourself honest. Very nice Bites today. : )
