Late Lunch: - going out for DH's birthday - chocolate martini and green curry shrimp w/rice

evening batch: starting

D: shrimp and jalepeno cheese wrapped in back, part of baked potato

E: 8 hours of Christmas and grocery shopping.....I'm exhausted!!!

Bites:

4 eggs, ham, cheese
2 McD's fish sandwiches with only one pc of bun
Cheese cake with hemp heart crust
1 cup cottage cheese
1/2 roasted chicken
chicken gravy
green beans with lots of ham
4 pretzel pizza bites
Choc pudding made with heavy cream
2 roasted chestnuts - very high in carbs and fairly low in protein, but it is that time of year
yogurt with chia and flax seeds
having protein mix right now, then maybe popcorn with lots of butter if still awake to watch movie

Exercites: none

I hope new folks looking around will see that we can eat pretty darn normally after a year or so. Very nice Bites.
