belated happy surgiversary to me

Morning everyone. Haven't been here in a LONG time. Life is so wonderful now, it gets too busy to sit at the computer' Yesterday was a year ago that I started my new life. and oh what a life!!

- 138 pounds GONE

- 87 + inches (that's only one arm and leg lol) GONE

- Cpap machine GONE

- Blood pressure medicine GONE

- 7 pant sizes GONE

- Shoulder blades and ribs......FOUND!!

Fantastic! Now that you've lost it, don't find it again. The one occasion where you should be proud to be and work to remain a "loser." Lol

That's wonderful. Congratulations on all your losses, I'm sure you've found more than just your ribs

Good report.  When the DS gives us our lives back it is easy to get busy and move on from being on the internet all the time.  Thanks for remembering to come back and give that kind of support.  Congratulations on your progress.  Remember to keep taking your supplements and getting your labs checked regularly.
