Hi Gina,
Made it to another weekend!! LOL. I fly to CA tomorrow and will spend the night with brother and sister in law; will see Dr. K Monday am then fly home. I'm terrified of driving out there, but I'll survive.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: clam chowder, cheese
S: pumpkin bread
D: steak bites wrapped in bacon

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: walked at work; mall to return a purse; laundry

Do you do your labs before you go out and send them to him or what do you talk about this far out?

Yes. His office emailed the lab slip in September. I had the labs done then emailed them to him. I didn't make it out for my1yr check up and wanted to take this opportunity to dicuss labs, occasional vomiting etc.

I basically had a voucher that covered the plane ticket which had to be used by the end of January. So, minimal new expenditures

Out running errands & doc appt today - met new PCM - ordered labs for tomorrow. Not the best meal day.

Would have had another meal (left over country fried steak) or left over chili (sounds delicious right now!) but fasting for labs.

Iron - done

B - 1/2 ham, bacon, egg & cheese bagel, 1/2 hot chocolate, 1/2 orange juice.

S - trail mix; cashews, peanuts, raisins & m&m's (1/2 -3/4 cup)

L - Cracker barrel; 1/3 country fried steak, 1/2 mashed potatoes loaded with SC, butter, bacon, & cheese. 1/2 corn, 1/2 buttermilk biscuit w/ butter & honey. Lemon water w/ splenda.

S - 1 KFC orig chicken leg & 4 potato wedges, 2 drinks of coke.

D - 1 corn dog from Nathan's, 5 French fries, 2 drinks coke.

S - 1/3 choc fruit & nut bar.

All but bedtime Vites done. (fasting labs) now s l e e p.. so I can hurry up & get the labs over, take vites & EAT!

Very nice. Wishing you good luck with your new PCM and support group. I'm having a MADS gathering on Dec 9th at my house if you're interested in coming up north.
