This is a rice based spaghetti but it's angel hair thin. Good stuff if rice doesn't bother you and you can afford the carbs.

I've not tried rice yet. I've not missed it and haven't really felt the need. I'm good with potatoes - I'm sure I'll try rice at some point in the not too distant future - 2013 sometime ;-)

Really bad carb day plus luck ga e me horrible gas pain....think it was the lentils. I'm starting to get a little nervous about my CA trip this weekend.
On the good side, finally, after multiple phone calls, got a copy of all my labs. Will fax them to Dr. K tomorrow. I'll get them to you, but the glaring things are B12 too high and PTH too high.
B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese, cookie
L: beef, lentil and mushroom soup, cookie
S: pumpkin bread
D: meatloaf, salad
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: walking at work
Planning to cut way down on my carbs after I get home next week.
Remember B12 being around 1600-2000 is not a bad thing for us. If you need to cut back on supplementing it a couple of days a week, you shouldn't drop too fast. PTH being too high is another kettle of fi**** will be interesting to see your calcium and D3. They order osteocalcin for me to watch for bone issues as well. That one is about as close as we can get to seeing if vitamin K2 is working. Oh, and a bone density scan every year.
I bet the soup had gluten in it and then sugar on top of that from the cookie...yep, gas from hell. : (
