B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - JayRobb bar
D - pulled pork BBQ, cabbage and corn
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner      

EXERCITES:
walking

No wonder I felt so hungry today - it's low protein compared to what I'm used to (especially for a week day).  I should've used lots of grated cheese on the chicken salad - that would've helped.

I had some cashews after I posted (I was hungry and only wanting a snack but not meat or potato chips) and I made to about 140 total protein for the day.

My nose is back to the grind stone. I was away for the holiday. I did very well Thanksgiving day. It was Friday evening until yesterday evening when I let the carb monster win and boy is my hiney & the scale paying for it. I can't toot without fear of pooping. I had to go out on the front porch every time I felt a toot coming. I told my husband never again. I have planned out today and barring any unforseen situations I will be under 50 grams of carbs for the day.

B- 2 eggs scrambled and mixed with a can of tuna and 3 T of Miracle Whip. This is my new easy breakfast.

L- Salmon Patties

S- Fruit of some kind

D- Turkey lunch meat, cheese, salad

S- Yogurt Yummieness

Fluids: 64 oz already in & trying for another 64 oz. It seems anything less than 80 oz a day for more than 2 days and I am dehydrated. Like dizzy all the time dehydrated.

Vites: Supper and Bed time still to go

Exercise: None, however, my older sister and I have decided to training for a mini-triatholon in June.

Thanks for always being here. I will post tonight to let you know my counts for the day.

I feel your pain. I'm trying to wean myself off Flagyl and go with a probiotic--it's not going well after 4PM. I hope the rest of your day goes well and you can get your system regulated again.

mashed potatoes

fluids:  80+ oz
