Here's the plan....

BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - NutThins and cream cheese
D - Popeyes popcorn shrimp
S - CarbSmart ice cream


VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner     

EXERCITES:
laundry and housework

Low protein for me, but about a third of my 100g came from eggs or soft cheese.  I may have some tiramisu later for an extra 5g IDK.  During the week I eat what I want when I want, but today I didn't get lunch 'til 15:30 as DH wasn't that hungry I was!! ;-)

Weekends can throw you off. I do much better during the week when I'm in a routine.

I actually a lot of pistachios after I posted and made it to a total of 130g protein so I'm happy with that number!! ;-)

Hi Gina,
I do better during the week, too.

B: bacon, protei. Shake
S: pumpkin bread
S: cream cheese and jalapeño fellh with a few crackers
S: trail mix
D: pork, sweet potato, fruit salad (all leftovers)

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: washed windows

Bites look good. I need to get a pork roast out for tomorrow. We are turkeyed out.  I might make turkey salad for sandwiches this week but no more turkey and dressing and gravy.

I eat more on weekends too....and sometimes I exercise less, but pretty much exercise 7 days a week....but food intake is different, love this post...i eat lots of nuts, never shelled or I eat too much, but peanuts oh my gosh, watch out....thank God I have to shell them.....
