2nd B - cream cheese pancakes and bacon
L - protein shake (30g)

D - pulled pork BBQ
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done 
omega 3: done 
iron: done 
evening batch: starting in a few      

EXERCITES:
none

2nd week of batching up my vites.  It's starting to make a little sense.  I look forward to my next set of labs at the end of this year and then tweaking some more.

my long 4 day weekend is over.  did some christmas shopping, and started on some christmas projects. hope everyone had a nice day.

Great choices.  The days off just went too fast. I vote for a week to celebrate Thanksgiving and to get all the prep work done for Christmas. : )

I think they turned out well and the guys ate them too. I tweaked the recipe to add another Truvia packet and the blueberries were extra. Not a bad recipe. I should make the Ricotta ones again to compare.
