***Friday Bites, Vites & Exercites***

howdy. our excitement for the day,  had a gas leak in our front yard.  thank goodness it was contained in the yard.  gas company workers were great.

double protein coffee

2 fried eggs on top of 2 slices peppered ham w/cheddar cheese

5 slices bacon

leftover baked pineapple

leftover turkey sandwich on a dinner roll w/cranberry sauce, mayo, stuffing

almonds

double protein coffee

insides of 1/2 a buffalo chicken sub

few steak fries

small bowl of rice krispies w/ lactose free milk

double  protein coffee

vites:  swallowing bedtime batch now

fluids:  lost track - maybe 75 oz ????

I have a stupid question. How did you know you had a gas leak?

not a stupid question at all.  i didn't know it was a gas leak.  i kinda guessed.  smelled something odd near our mailbox.  reminded me of the same smell when the kitchen stove won't light. 

calledl the gas company, they were here in 20 minutes and sure enough, the worker said he could smell it before he used his little do-hickey machine. kinda scary since our grill is only 10 ft away and we grill year around. 

glad your furance is working again.  at 7 pm i was wondering if we where going to have to bundle up and put all the furbabies in bed with us for heat.  lol
