They're OK, I had some more today for breakfast as I wanted something sweet for breakfast.  I get tired quickly of PB though (I've over done it throughout the years).  I'm going to have to cook a huge batch of cream cheese pancakes today - I plan on using a dozen eggs and cooking a whole week's worth.

BTW I forgot to put that I had 4 lamb koftas @ 15g and a chunk of cheese @ 5g.  So my protein total was 175g a new record for me (the weight's coming off this week too).  I don't think I'll do so well on the weekend though - sleep takes a priority over consuming protein he he! mail

Different, but it may work.  Today instead of putting milk or water in my Whey shake, I used ho****er,and drunk it like coffee or cocoa, and it wasn't bad....actually good. It was ho****er and (40) grams of protein....interesting that it worked.

have you don that Gina?

I did in the early days when tastes were so overwhelming. I liked Optimum Nutrition Rich Chocolate protein made with water---I'd nuke it a few seconds to bring the temp up to something like hot chocolate but not too hot to cook the protein. :)

You think you can cook protein...for real...interesting.

Well I'm doing something good, and I know it works because I'm not eating everything.  Protein cuts my appetite.

If you mix the protein powder with water that's too hot it will clump / cook the protein. That's why I say mix a cool protein slurry of 2 - 4 ounces and add hot liquid on top to keep the mixture below 160 degrees.
