B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - taste testing the various dishes I've made for today
S - protein shake (30g) - I'll share it with a grand baby or 2
​L - dark meat turkey, gluten free gravy, mashed cauliflower, butternut squash casserole, peach pie innards w/CarbSmart ice cream on top, wine 
D - leftovers

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done  
evening batch: starting in a few     

EXERCITES:
cooking and running after grand babies

Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy those grandkids! Mine are basically grown up and still wonderful!
Here's my plan for the day:

B: bacon, protein shake
S: tasting while cooking, bites off the cheese and veggie tray, olives
L/D: a little bit of everything ...Turkey, etc
S: protein coffee or shake

V: on target
F: on target
E: who knows

Going to CA next weekend for my 2 yr check with Dr. K

I was pretty hungry today even though I ate loads!!  I'm probably going to get my first crockpot as I'm getting bored with everything again, he he!! kiss  I think I'll go for a small one that's dishwasher safe.  I'll go for a reasonably cheap one as I want to be sure it's something I'll use.

Anyway, happy Thanksgiving.

hope everyone had a wonderful thanksgiving.  here's my damage for the day:

double protein coffee

4 slices thick cut bacon

fried egg

3 slices lebanon bologna rolled up w/mayo and pickles

handful of chips

double protein coffee

dinner consisted of a lot of turkey

and a few forkfuls of:

mashed potatoes

baked pineapple

sausage/cornbread stuffing

broccoli & cheese

cranberry relish

sweet potatoes

crustless pumpkin pie

hershey kisses (2)

double protein coffee

vites:  all in

fluids:  70+ oz
