Oops, I missed Tuesday - but it's pretty similar to today. I left it 'til I was too tired and then I forgot exactly what I had once I started eating today's food!! I should post earlier, as what I plan on eating generally ends being what I actually eat!! ;-)

well last night was one for the record books. from 11pm until 3am i was in such miserable gasy pain, like i have not felt in years. must have been a bad combination of foods. today was extremely light, just listening to my tummy and what it wants,

chicken rice soup. left 90% of the rice in the bowl.
