Oops, I missed Tuesday - but it's pretty similar to today.  I left it 'til I was too tired and then I forgot exactly what I had once I started eating today's food!!  I should post earlier, as what I plan on eating generally ends being what I actually eat!! ;-)

well last night was one for the record books.  from 11pm until 3am i was in such miserable gasy pain, like i have not felt in years.  must have been a bad combination of foods.  today was extremely light, just listening to my tummy and what it wants,

double protein coffee

no breakfast

chicken rice soup.  left 90% of the rice in the bowl.

double protein coffee

almonds

5 - 7 slices bacon

planned later:  double protein coffee

vites:  bedtime batch pending

fluids:  working on hitting 95 oz by bedtime

Hi Gna,
Well, the "eating season" has started. Yesterday was an awful carb day but better today and I feel better.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: WW bread and Swiss cheese
S: trail mic
D: BBQ pork, salad

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: just work...crazy work week because of the holiday
