Look into Quinoa.  It's a good protein source,  and get yourself some ground flaxseed too.

What about firm, lite tofu?  It contains 35g protein for every 210 calories.  Quinoa has 8g per 222 calories.

Vegan = vegetable based foods only.  As I said, vegetable protein is processed differently.

Ultimately, your health as a DSer will suffer, as everything you mentioned using is plant based. Even extra heavy supplementation will not take care of everything!
