Hey, I can't seem to find the post with the vitamins you are taking.  I remember there was something you had on your's that I wanted to add.  I'm going to order more Vits this week.  Would you mind posting them again or linking to that post?  I think it was a couple of months ago.

Dani - you have a very complete regime - congratulations

I have a couple of suggestions to tweak your schedule:

I have read that calcium, zinc and copper all fight for the same receptors so should be taken at separate times.

also magnesium citrate is a great enhancer to calcium - I would suggest you take one of your mag citrate pills with each of your calcium doses, rather than as a separate bedtime dose

of course, let your lab results be your best guide!

all my levels are great. i haven't needed any tweaking in my calcium or zinc or copper. the only ones i have been bouncing around it my B vits and my A vit. all my other labs have been fabulous! even my calcium and pth are very solid. if they do trend down i can defiantly move things around. also what my list does not mention is that i take all my A vit at least an hour in between any other vits because of my stubborn numbers.
