after yesterday's fiasco of trying to satisfy my endless hunger, think things are more stable today. well, at least what is stable for me. lol

fired up the outdoor grill --
hubby's famous burger w/mayo, ketchup, cheese, tomato on 1/2 whole wheat bun

handful of potato chips
slice of orange/cranberry bread
4 more slices of turkey bacon
planned: bedtime protein coffee

fluids: 70+ oz by bedtime

L: 2 chicken leggs (roasted), 1/4 cup green beans, 1/4 cup mashed taters, small slice of yogurt yummieness pie, 1 brownie
D: Chicken mushroom chowder, popcorn, Welsh sharp cheddar cheese
Carbs: 63, protein 113
Fluids: 90 oz+
Vites: All but bed time in
Exercites: None
Yogurt Yummieness
1 C. Greek Yogurt
1 C. 1/2 & 1/2
Mix well and add one package of Sugar Free White Chocolate Pudding and mix. Delicious.

Out of town weekend birthday trip for GF Wonderful time and good food, but didn't keep track of it for past couple of days. For today:
Bites:
3 pcs quiche
Sausage gravy and 1/2 biscuit
bowl of lil smokies in cranberry sauce
several pcs cheese and ham
huge chicken breast
protein shake
roasted chestnuts
whipped yogurt with flax and chia seeds
Vites: yes
Exercites: lots of walking today.
If I ever need to make sure my DS is still working all I have to do is eat some lil smokies. Great Bites today.
