B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - none
D - stir fry beef, mushroom and bok choy with rice
S - CarbSmart ice cream


VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done 
iron: done 
evening batch: starting after dinner     

EXERCITES:
sitting in a meeting all day

Can you believe this morning was my first time I added (20) scoops of protein to my coffee, not bad.  I need to continue and build it in my daily coffee routine. 

Yes, always been a late bloomer, but I'm getting there.

I'm so glad you're getting into your protein coffee...I hope you meant 2 scoops and not 20. ;)

Well I did not  protein taste to be too overwhelming.

Bites:

3 eggs, ham and cheese
handful of semi sweet chocolate chips
2 handfuls potato chips
1 lb large shrimp cooked in butter and fresh garlic
huge ground beef patty with sweet relish topping
hot cocoa made with heavy cream

Vites:  missed one dose  :(

Exercites: none

Doesn't look too bad. I think the grease on chips helps them slide on through and not get stored as fat. lol
