I see you are in maintenance mode. Any posts about a typical menu from your losing mode days?

I drank protein shakes, ate cheese, shrimp ****tail or shrimp scampi without the pasta, and sugar free pudding.

Woke up late not a good protein day

B- shake 38g

S- 1/2 montery chicken  13g

L- Chili braums 17g

S- apple with peanut butter 7g

D- shake double 48g

total=120 ok so it will not be as bad as i thought.

Bad day for numbers but here is what I did.



B: protein shake

L: baked wings (5)

L: pepperoni roll with a thin/almost no crust. (Haven't eaten much so probably continue for dinner)



Maybe another protein shake after that



No vites yet. Had a blood draw today so maybe vites soon.



Cites: walking around I don't count steps I just walk.



Any tips on where to find the coffee powder for the protein coffee?


Finished the pepperoni roll for dinner plus had 2 mini pretzel dogs.

Protein coffee/latte: I had been wondering if anybody made theirs with real brewed coffee. Thanks for the recipe, I'll probably try just using ice cold coffee with my protein powder. I really like iced coffee.

Maybe I should call it protein latte.

20 oz blender bottle w/wire ball
brew a pot of coffee (decaf or reduced caffeine)
Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder
Splenda or Truvia sweetener
finely ground cinnamon
1/2 & 1/2 or heavy cream

In the blender bottle w/wire ball add 2 oz of heavy cream and 2 oz of water, 1 1/2 scoops of protein powder, a packet of Truvia, a little dash of cinnamon. Put the top on the bottle and shake for 5 or 6 seconds. Pour that protein slurry into a huge coffee mug and fill it to the top with coffee. You want to add the coffee to the cool slurry to keep it from clumping. Keep the protein below 130 degrees to keep it from cooking and clumping. broken heart

Hi Gina,
Yesterday went from work to a basketball game and then fell into bed!
Busy today but the week is almost over,
Wish I could figure out a way to do protein shakes/coffees for lunch at work.

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: cheese, WW bread
S: trail mix
D: cheddar biscuit, shrimp ****tail, salad

V: one batch left

lol  Red Lobster!

Wondering if you could take a small Thermos to work with cream or 1/2 & 1/2 and just mix a shake or slurry. I've also wondered if I were to freeze a slurry in the blender bottle over night if it wouldn't be thawed enough to add coffee at lunchtime.

Weightloss Mode 6 month check-up today. Down 115 pounds which is 63% of my EWL

B: 8 pieces of bacon, salmon patty

L: Brok's Pizza

S: Spinach

D: Chicken breast with honey mustard

S: Yogurt Yummieness

Protein: 100 grams I think I will get some more protein in before bed. Only 39 grams of carbs today.

Vites: All but bed time

Fluid: 55 oz attempting to get at least 20 oz more in in the next 1.5 hours

Exercites: None
