Hi Gina,
Furnace still not fixed....repairman found "something else" wrong yesterday. Thanks goodness the weather is nice and we have a gas fireplace.

B: bacon, protein shake (tried an old recipe and it wasn"t filling)
S: pumpkin bread
L: Swiss cheese, 1 slice WW bread
S: protein shake (the good one!)
D: fixing Brok's pizza

1 slice rye w/butter, peanut butter, all fruit blackberry spread

1" slice cranberry/orange bread

6 slices of lebanon bologna rolled w/swiss cheese and mayo

tortilla chips

cole slaw

almonds

double protein coffee

rye crackers & spreadable cheddar cheese

matzo ball soup (only ate the chicken broth)

few bites of garden salad w/blue cheese dressing

beef teriyaki

few forkfuls of rice

double protein coffee

handful of gummy bears
