It was a difficult day. Our last day of home school co-op. As you can see I did indulge, however, once I realized I was out of control I made the choice to spend the rest of my time in another room away from the food. I was proud of myself for making that decision. I just wish I had made it sooner. I have my 6 month check-up tomorrow. I have lost 115 pounds and 39 inches. I have lost 64% of my Estimated Weight Loss which is 9% more than the doctor wanted by this time. However, I think my success has been a double edged sword. I have gotten comfortable with allowing myself too many carbs. Speaking it here is what will get me back on track. So I leave you know to go make my low carb plan for tomorrow. Also, I am working on my plan for next Thursday as well. Thanks for listening and holding my feet to the fire.
It way too easy get off the low carb lifestyle but imagine how hard it would be if we were also having to be low fat as well. Get your fat and protein in, perhaps it will knock your carb craving monster into next week.
