I was away for the weekend with my husband and 18 5th & 6th graders at a retreat. I concentrated on protein and didn't track on myfitnesspal or here, but I know I got it all in. I lost 2 lbs. Yay, but struggled with my water intake. I took 2 gallons of water, but not a water bottle and that was my downfall on that one.

Weightloss Mode:

B: 7 pieces of bacon and 3 cheddar cheese sticks

S: Mom's group had a Thanksgiving tasting, I ate the high protein, complex carb stuff and limited myself to one small plate.

L: Brok's pizza

S: Cupcake my daughter made with a glass of milk

D: Will be taco pile up

S: will be yogurt yumminess

Vites: Iron in, Lunch batch in, dinner and bed to go

The DS is forgiving but get back on the straight and narrow. : )

Hi Gina,,
Possible new software at work..."facebook for doctors"....ugh. Think I'm too old for all this high tech stuff.
Furnace not working and it's pretty chilly. Had to leave work early for the repairman. Won't know until tomorrow when the parts will be in.

Oh boy. So when are the docs supposed to have time to Facebook? lol  

Good luck with the furnace parts. I hope they get there tomorrow. Burr!

You are right Majormom thanks for the reminder. I am going on myfitnesspal and planning my day for tomorrow. If I plan better I don't consume as many carbs. Today was horrible. Tomorrow is a new day.
