Finally some cooler weather!
Tried a different breakfast...again bordering on disaster. So, back to my old standby.
B: bacon, fried egg, few bites whole wheattast
S: pumpkin bread
L: protein coffee, cream cheese and jalapeño jelly on a few crackers
D: stew, dinner roll
V: one batch left
F: ok
E: laundry, long nap
Ugh...I just don't understand why you still have trouble. Dr K needs a good talking to. I know it's not his fault but maybe he could tell you why it happens. I hope you can find some breakfast that will be easy on your tummy soon. Don't give up.

Bites:
1.5 cream cheese blintzes with blueberries on top
3 egg Denver Omlet
fresh pear
Asian buffet - lots of various protein. Avoided the chicken feet, tho.
Leftover roast beef and gravy and some carrots and a pc of potato
handful of choc and butterscotch chips
Vites: missed one calcium. Found it in my jacket pocket this morning.
Exercites: just very active and lots of walking around but no formal exercise
