The chilly rainy weather here has made hot cocoa and marshmallows sound attractive but that desire may now be sated.
Bites:
Protein shake made with heavy cream and water
2 drk choc hemp heart balls
Roast beef and gravy
2 SF bread and butter pickles
Roast beef, gravy, carrots, 1/2 potato, butter
2 pc mr peanut bread
4 choc hemp heart balls
large cup hot cocoa with 5 large marshmallows
Vites: yes
exercites: none
Roast beef with gravy is one of my favorites. I make my gravy with gluten free Bisquick now though. Works pretty darn well if I do say so myself. ; )

L: Protein rich Salad - Beans, Cottage Cheese, Cheese, Eggs, Tofu and Turkey
D: Noodle free Lasagna
D: 2 Slices Julian Bakery Bread
Vitamins: All done except for bedtime
