Easy Peasy.
As opposed to doing what? Eating normal food?
Sure, it'll work fine, but:
1. expensive
2. not flexible
What happens when you are not around Atkins products? What happens when you get sick of them?
The main problem I have with some atkins products is that there is a lot of weird stuff in them (the bars and shakes at least). One little bar with 50 some ingredients, any of which could be liable to give you a stomach ache. Often high fiber, high sugar alcohol. High fiber is obviously not a traditional problem, but 15g at once is a little heavy handed for a sensitive system, especially if you haven't mastered your fluid intake yet.

DSers often avoid carbs, so in that way it is similar to Atkins so can see why you might think it simpler to go that way because it seems like Atkins has already thought this out and why should we re-invent the wheel? Using their snacks and products would seem to be a way to DS without thinking much about it.
But as a DSer you focus on some things differently than Atkins: you need much, much more protein than the Atkins plan provides. While Atkins avoids carbs, it isn't designed to give you the protein you need. There are more appropriate protein dense bars, protein rich snacks and products for DSers than what Atkins offers. Also Atkins products ; have lots of sugar alcohols in them and those can be a killer for DSers. Atkin's products are to be avoided, imo.
Preplann your day with whole foods. From what I have found if you choose the correct ones they are high in protein and low in carbs. I use myfitnesspal and love it. I am home full time with my kids so preplanning is not as important as it would be if I worked outside the home, but myfitnesspal does the counting for me and helps me see the hidden carbs. Search for "typical day of eating" posts. Watch the "bites, vites, & exercites" posts. You will get alot of ideas from there.
Can be worse. Many people get stomach cramps, the runs, and a lot of gas from eating SF candy. And they do have carbs in them. Not a lot, but enough.
And for the most part, they taste like chemicals.
Atkins products have never tasted right to me. My sister would eat them, but only if it had a ton of whip cream on it, or cream cheese on it. The bars are nasty. 2 bites was all I needed - cause I would rather be hungry than eat any more.
