Here are my weight loss bites. I have to say I don't weight myself at home. I have my 9 month appointment next month but it does not feel like I am losing. I know it must be the carbs. Terri

Maybe starting out your day with the oatmeal is setting you up for wanting more carbs during the day. Could you postpone carbs until late in the day?

L: 2.5 oz of chicken with low carb alfredo sauce and 1/4 c. mozzerella cheese, 1 apple

D: 1 KFC drumstick and thigh

S: slice of pepper jack cheese, 2 slices of ham

Protein: 125 grams

Fluid: 75 oz

thank heavens the snow missed us.  hope everyone else is good.

had meetings today at the "candy" office.  i steered away from the bowls and bowls of halloween candy and instead i shamelessly ate too many flour filled carbs.  i hate this office

Hi Gina, I hope you're OK and have some power (or weren't without it too long).

How do you take your omega 3?  I thought oil based stuff was no good for us?

E I did 5,700 steps which given the weather and me barely going out could be worse, could be better too, I know exercise is good for bone density (no issues yet, but my plan is to prevent anything) - I'm struggling getting going with exercise though.  I can be a real workout freak when I get into it (I did a couple of hours a day when I was doing WW).  We'll see how I do when I go to Egypt (I'm flying out this weekend).  I'm not sure if I'll manage to post much for the week I'm there.  I'm sure I'll still look in though.
