BTW how do you get your omega 3 - isn't it normally in an oil capsule form?  Is it that important?

Weightloss Mode

B: 8 pieces of bacon, 2 eggs

L: 1 beef taco, 1 beef enchilada, 6 chips with salsa

S: 3 oz beef with cheese dip

D: 3.5 oz chicken with 1/4c low carb sun dried tomato alfredo sauce and mozzerella cheese

S: Yogurt yumminess

Protein: 141grams

Fluids: not so good 40 oz

Vites: All in except bed time and getting ready to start those with my yogurt

Exercise: None

fluids:  90+ possibly 100, lost count
