D -  a few bites of baked salmon w/tequila lime season rub, mashed cauliflower, mustard greens and red taters 
S - CarbSmart ice cream...maybe

Very nice Bites today.  You're doing fine. 

Thanks, we really were lucky with that storm. Now we have an eye out for a Nor'easter heading this way next week. Need to make sure I stay well stocked this winter with vitamins, protein powder, cream and 1/2 & 1/2, cans of tuna, etc.

V All in, I think, at lunch time I couldn’t remember if I'd had my lunchtime vites!!  I'm switch to a daily pill organizer when my 90 day Vitalady pre-packaged vites run out. Night time liquid iron w vit C pending
E Shops for 3 hours had an early night & only posting just now as DH was on the PC (I think I've not adjusted for the change in clocks and keep falling asleep very early)

Looks good. I know what you mean about not adjusting to the time change. I started tossing and turning at 3AM this morning and our oldest dog will likely get me up around 3AM for several weeks.

20 or so thick cut pepperoni crisps

entire can of tuna w/hard boiled egg & mayo

almonds

handful of jordan almonds

out to dinner w/family - mexican

guacamole & chips

mahi-mahi tacos w/cabbage, pico de gallo, avocado, sour cream

cranberry margarita

wendy's oreo parfait.  a stupid moment of weakness & yes i paid dearly for this later on.

fluids:  70+ oz

upset that 2 nights in a row i fell asleep before getting in my last protein coffee.  think i can make it up by adding an extra shake the next couple of days?

The pickle chips are just way too good!  I could have eaten the entire bag if Son#2 hadn't grabbed the bag. Danger! Danger! Handle with care.

Having a couple of extra protein coffees today to help curb the munchies... I think, there might be another bag of pickle chips pushed all the way to the back of the pantry shelf....my guys think they're slick hiding them from me.
