Enjoying Mr Peanut Bread GF makes by adding the following to the basic recipe before adding the baking soda and vinegar: 1/3 cup Splenda, 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tsp allspice, big handful of chopped walnuts or pecans and hand full of dried cranberries.  Let it cool completely before slicing.  Been having 2 slices with lots of butter and a big cup of hot tea several times a day. It FEELS like eating a carb loaded dessert bread!

Bites: 4 fried eggs
1 porksteak
2 pc Mr peanut pecan/crnberry/cinn bread w butter
7 oz kielbasa sausage
SF cranberry relish (per GF: ground up raw cranberries, whole apple, orange w peel, chopped celery, pecan pcs and a few quartered grapes with 1/2 pckg SF raspberry jello)
2 more pc Mr peanut pecancrnbr....
2 dark chocolate hemp heart balls
large fried porksteak
3 baby new potatoes
1 ear corn with butter
milk gravy
2 more pcs Mr peanut bread
another 1/2 of fried portsteack with a little cranberry relish
2 butterscotch hemp heart balls
yogurt w flax and chia seeds.
