Any advice for stomach flu?

Other than lots of fluids? Can't keep solid stuff down yet. protein shakes not good either.

can I cause damage vomiting? Yesterday was a bad day for that...

No damage - you have a normal (albeit smaller) stomach.  Take it easy, get fluids, and let it pass.  You'll get protein when you're feeling better.  A  couple of days won't kill you.

The lots of fluids is the important thing, as you already know.  Try sneaky ways of getting in fluids like jello, popsicles, Gatorade.  Stomach flu doesn't last long so if the symptoms continue call your doctor.

Much better today, back to work.  Protein shakes are working, solids still make me queasy.  Trying to keep up with the liquids.
