One of the other threads mentioned this bakery for low carb bread. You can order it online which I just did. The link is https://www.julianbakery.com/ and there are 16g of protein in a slice of bread with 3 or 4 grams of carbs. Not too bad. I wonder what it will taste like. I ordered the sandwich bread and the cinnamon raisin bread. I can't wait to give it a try. It would be so nice to have a tuna sandwich rather than just plain tuna all the time.

When you get it, put it in the freezer in separate baggies. Try making fried grill cheese sandwiches with the regular. : )

oooooo I can get it here in town!  Will probably cost a fortune, may end up ordering online anyway, but at least it's an option. Yay!

It can be a bit crumbly, but a lifesaver if you are missing bread.  I really like it.

One of my favorite things *used to be* peanut butter and raisins...so I'm thinking some cinnamon raison toast with a little bit of peanut butter.  *swoon*

I eat it! Major mom is right about putting it in baggies seperated..I like the raisen and the sourdough. I usually only eat it grilled or toasted.
