I am an Oikos girl all the way.  Zero fat, but I do the fruit on the bottom, so there are more carbs in it.  But the Cherry one, is fabulous.  As far as plain Greek Yogurts go, Fage is the best fat free one, in my opinion.  You can try adding sugar free pudding mix to it to flavor it.  The Cheesecake pudding mix is good.

“Not many of us are living at our best.  We linger in the lowlands because we are afraid to climb the mountains.  The steepness and ruggedness dismay us, and so we stay in the misty valleys and do not learn the mystery of the hills.  We do not know what we lose in our self indulgence.  What glory awaits us if only we had the courage for the mountain climb.  What blessing we should find if only we would move to the uplands of God.?  JRM

You WANT the FAT.  Buy the highest fat content Greek yogurt you can find.  Usually you can only find the whole fat ones at the Lebanese markets.  Look around.

You can find flavored ones, but they are almost always fat-free, WHICH WE DO NOT WANT.  We NEED the fat.

I mix mine with Splenda and vanilla.  Otherwise it tastes exactly like sour cream.

I second Sheanie's answer. I love the full fat unflavored yogurt brands Fage, Greek Gods and Trader Joe's. It's maddening, all the sugar free brands are fat free and it is increasingly difficult to even find full fat yogurt. I eat it with a tiny bit of honey or mixed with strawberries or other fruit and a little Splenda, when needed. I use it in making sauces, especially Indian cuisine.

It was a staple when I lived in Greece so it was easy to make it part of my daily diet again.

Thank you all!  Plain then sweeten with splenda or stevia... That will help...

I recently discovered Cabot plain greek yogurt with 18 gr protein per serving and 10% milkfat!  I mix it with my own fruit or put it on top of Kashi Go Lean high protein cereal with some blueberries.  It comes in 1 lb containers.  Tastes good, too.
