I understand. You could try what Vitalady always told me, increase your water and protein shakes. She would say to have 1 scoop shakes just have them more often.

We're getting some strong wind gusts and a strong steady rain right now...of course now is when the dog needs to go out to pee. Fed gov't closed tomorrow and I'm seriously hoping we don't lose power tonight.

I'm glad to see you guys are still dancing. : )

BITES: (Weight Loss Mode)

My tummy is very tender from yesterday's  "2 bites" so, I did soft foods except for the beef & chicken today:

B - 1 protein shake, 1 Activia Yogurt
S - 1 protein shake
L - 3oz beef roast
S - 1 protein shake
D - 1 chicken strip from Raising Canes w/sauce,  mashed potatoes (small serving) with lots of butter
S - 1 Activia Yogurt (I may have another protein shake yet)

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: NA just yet
omega 3: done
iron: NA just yet
evening batch: starting

EXERCITES:
Walked my dog is all

don't know how much longer the power will hold out.  lights flickering.  wind is so loud the kitties are acting skittish.  makes me want to climb under the bed until sandy leaves.indecision heard west virginia is getting snow.
