DINNER: ELK STEAK WITH STEAMED VEGETABLES

SNACKS: DOUBLE SCOOP PROTEIN COFFEE, MIXED NUTS, HALF A SLICE OF PUMPKIN SPICE BREAD FROM STARBUCKS

How did your hunting trip go?  Was this elk from it?

Breakfast: protein shake w/ pineapple, ovaltine, and cocoanut shreds.

2nd breakfast: rotisserie chicken 1/4 dark

Lunch: tuna salad on crackers

Dinner: unsure probably Pei Wei chicken lettuce wraps.

Supper: unsure probably creamed spinach with some meat loaf of something.

No vites yet per doctor's orders

Good afternoon!

 

Meal 1 - double protein shake - 52g

Meal 2 - Burrito innards - 30g

Meal 3 - Sonic corn dog, most of the corn part picked off - 6g

Meal 4 - Double protein shake - 52g

Meal 5 - Boneless pork ribs crisped in olive oil - 13g

Meal 6 - TBD

 

Carbs so far - 38g (8g sugars)

Vites - all but evening calcium

 

/Start whining:

Getting frustrated with the hernia.  Low pain tolerance.  Not that it's PAINFUL, per se...more annoying.  Any use of my tummy muscles is uncomfortable.  Still can't sleep on my stomach.  Sneezing is BAD though.  Also gaining and losing the same 2 pounds all last week, not really losing again.  Dr. K. says I'm about 10 pounds behind on my loss given the amount of time since my surgery.  Very frustrated.
