4 egg cream cheese omlet
10 pcs thick crispy bacon
Ujnury protein mix, chocolate. first experience with Unjury. it was OK
Bowl new progresso New England Clam Chowder with potatoes removed.  Half of the can of soup was potatoes, Added 4 slices of american cheese and one can tuna.
2 crunchy supreme tacos from taco bell
Hemp hearts
2 bags popcorn with 1/2 stick butter
yogurt with flax/chia seeds

Vites: yes

Exercites: played outside all day
