Vitamins in except evening calcium.
Is the protein shot worth doing (worth the additional 210 calories even)? I'm kinda hoping not cuz it's NASTY! But I was out of town yesterday so I didn't do well on my protein. Was trying to make up for it a little bit today.
(Is it ok to ask questions here or should I start a separate thread? Just curious...)

I placed my Vitalady order today - I hope it's a sensible order - I asked them to sense check it - I just did a 90 day unbundled package and tweaked up and downwards (extra D3 and zinc removed B12, PCP said she'd give me shots, removed calcium as I've gone with Bone Booster Complex and I'm using liquid iron, as the tender iron was upsetting my stomach).
I read a while back that Dr Rabkin says that vitamin E isn't necessary... really? Not at all?
