3 egg omlet with sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper
cranberry salad
2 large pcs brocks pizza with lots of sausage and cheese
one orange
3 beef sticks
one cheese stick
Beef vegetable soup with added Hemp Hearts
2 pcs Mr Pumpkin bread
1 cup cottage cheese
4 Drk choc/hemp seed clusters
yogurt with flax and chia seed

vites: yes

exercites: 1 hour class.

Have dropped 2 pounds.  Slow but sure.
