Good luck finding your pedometer. I have 2. One that I found that I thought was lost and it's replacement. The battery is dead in the old found one. I think I just need an app to turn my cell phone into a pedometer. ; )

Hi Gina,
Interesting day....work (actually went well) then a PS consult for a possible breast lift interspersed with grandkids crisis. Just my typical day. LOL

B: bacon, 2 protein shakes
S: cheese
L: salad
S: pumpkin bread
D: nibbling on cheese, pepperoni and salami right now

V: one batch left
F: ok
E: none

Did you say you got your pedometer at CVS? Think I'll get one,

Yep, CVS carries pedometers near the pharmacy.

D2 will be a creamy chicken & wild rice soup once I get off work.

A bit tired today. The weather change always takes some adjusting. It's been in the high 40's and rainy so my body is a bit confused right now. I'm cold a lot. I haven't adjusted.

 It'll be fine once I adjust. I'm also dealing with a lack of interest in food right now. I feel hunger but have no desire to eat. It's a tough one. I try to go for protein shakes when I feel that way just to keep everything in check.

B: 3 oz of ham scrammbled with 2 eggs and 1/3 cup cheese
L: Gyro meat, used to be my favorite, not any more not enough protein and it really didn't taste good
S: Broccoli w/ranch
D: 3 oz of pork chop, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes
S: This is the bad one, 3 Krystal mini burgers, I had to come on here and say it "out loud." It put my carbs over 100. Yikes, tomorrow is another new day.

Fluids: 72+ oz
Vites: all in
Exercise: None
Protein: 108 grams
