Interesting day....work (actually went well) then a PS consult for a possible breast lift interspersed with grandkids crisis. Just my typical day. LOL

A bit tired today. The weather change always takes some adjusting. It's been in the high 40's and rainy so my body is a bit confused right now. I'm cold a lot. I haven't adjusted.

L: Gyro meat, used to be my favorite, not any more not enough protein and it really didn't taste good
S: Broccoli w/ranch
D: 3 oz of pork chop, 1/3 cup mashed potatoes
S: This is the bad one, 3 Krystal mini burgers, I had to come on here and say it "out loud." It put my carbs over 100. Yikes, tomorrow is another new day.
