skin rash

I have three thumb sized red raise spots on my upper chest and neck. The one on my neck and one on my hest appeared in the hospital. Anther one popped up the other day. I had a revison surgery on Monday. Has anyone had this before? They appear to be getting larger. but they really do not itch or anything just there. I have some other small red spots on my shoulder and chest too but not sure it related to the larger spots. 

Could it be a reaction to some tape that they used? I had a rash from the tape. It had never happened to me before.
