Today is my first day on full liquids.  Every bowel movement I've had today has been all liquid.  When will this probably change?

I am a newbie only 2.5 months out.  Mine just went nearly solid this week.  It is normal.

Liquid in, liquid out. It took about 5 months for things to normalize somewhat for me.

It took me about six weeks.

Liquid in, liquid out.  When you begin to eat bulkier foods it will change a little bit over time. It took about a year for me to get consistently solid, and for a toileting pattern to set in - three times in the morning, and I'm usually done for the day.

I still get the "squirts" from time to time, but I use mine to my advantage at almost 4 years out, because I've learned to identify why it's happening.

If I forget to take my Calcium, the liquid returns.  Also if I eat too many simple carbs, which is rare...but sometimes I 've just got to have a sweet roll!  It's the white flour that sets it off, not the sugar, although I'm sure too much sugar will do the same thing.  YMMV. (your mileage may vary)

Surgery was 10/11/12, first BM was 10/13.  They were liquid/semi-solid in the beginning.  Now they mostly semi-solid/solid.  I'm on purees now.

I think it just varies per person.
