Hi all!

B - This hamburger stuff I make... 15g
S - Protein shake and almonds, 58g
L - KFC Chicken strips (and a few  wedges, totally blew it), 30g
S - Double protein shake, 52g
D - to be determined....

I figured since I'd already blown it, peanut M&Ms sounded good. They weren't.  Had one and gave the bag away.  Should have known better. 

Sitting at 155g protein for the day.  Is that too much?  *sigh* still trying to figure some of this stuff out...

155 grams of protein is awesome. We only absorb about 50% so anything better than 100 and lower than 200 is usually about right. You're doing great.

Hi Gina. I hope you are well.  Can you tell me what the guidlelines are for maintanence for protein, carbs, fat, etc.  Thanks.  I was talking to my doctor and I told him I would get some more information for him about the DS.

 Hey there!     Maintenance:  I try to get 100 to 120 grams of protein from shakes and about 30 or so more from dense food. Carbs somewhere under 70-80 grams and fats I don't even worry about counting. I have no idea how many calories that is. So far so good and dietitian approved.

Dr. Jamie Ponce de Leon - Medical guide Laurie Wolf Received money Never showed up - Only thing booked were flights.  Surgeon and Medical team, and hospital were awesome .  There is another Medical guide named Trish she is good.  PM me for info.
