 Weight Loss Mode
B: Steak
L: Seafood Bordetto from Olive Garden (OH, My delicious) a broth based stew full of shrimp, scallops, talapia, spinach and mushrooms. It took me 1.5 hours to eat it all, but it was so good and 43 grams of protein.
S: Salad
D: Brok's Pizza

Fluids: not good, need to get in about 40 oz just to meet my minimum of 64 oz
Vites: Oh, ladies not good. I did refill my organizer and my husband threw away my print out from Vitalady. With that said I will be getting of here and printing it out and filling my organizer.
Exercise: None, we did lots of school today. (I homeschool my 12 year old daughter and 5 year old son)

USUALLY DON'T HAVE BREAD BUT I WANTED TO TEST IT OUT BEFORE I TOOK IT OUT ON MY WEEK AND HALF LONG HUNTING TRIP. IT PASSED THE TASTE TEST:)

Looking good.  I saw someone post that frying the gluten free bread in butter made it yummy and easy to eat. It's a little dense for me, or at the least the Udi's I've tried is.

its funny you say that lol, as soon as it cam out of the toaster... i loaded it with butter, it was sopping wet with butter:) then the rasp jam went on hehehehe so yummy i might have more tonight as a snack:)

3 egg sausage mushroom onion cheese omlet
In and Out Burger with 1/2 bun
1/4 Brocks pizza
Green beans and keilbasa
small handfull semi sweet choc chips
the last of the roast beef, some carrots and a bit of potato
slice Mr. Peanut bread with goat cheese, cinammon and honey drizzled.
yogurt with ground flax seed and chia seeds with large glass of water

Vites: all

Exercties: nada  (feeling better but still not lots of energy)

RNY to DS  210 lbs gone for 5 years.
